A fish farm with certified organic food  

  Balihe fishing ground is located 8 kilometers south of Yingshang city, close to national 5A-class Balihe tourist area and provincial nature reserve, with rich fish, fragrant rice, and ecological Balihe river. It has beautiful environment and excellent water quality, and is an important commercial fish, fish species, fish fry production and fishery tourism base in northwest Anhui province. The fishery has 96 employees (including 7 technicians and 6 managers), with 27,000 mu of lake surface and 8,500 mu of continuous intensive fish ponds. From 2015 to 2018, the output of aquatic products exceeded 6,000 tons for four consecutive years. In 2018, the total industrial economic output exceeded 150 million yuan, of which the fishery output value was about 78 million yuan, driving the ticket income of tourism industry was about 45 million yuan, and the operating income of other industries such as fishing, leisure fishing and tourism commodities was more than 30 million yuan.

  The fixed assets of the fishery and the Balihe tourist area under its jurisdiction are about 1.27 billion yuan, creating more than 5,000 jobs. In 2019, it was approved as a provincial tourism town construction project. It plans to raise 820 million yuan to upgrade and transform the intensive fish pond. At the same time, the key project "Flower Expo Garden" of the municipal government is located in the fishing area and will be completed in 2020 and has been put into use.

  Balihe Lake commercial fish in 2015 through the national Ministry of Agriculture designated in the Green Huaxia Organic certification department organic certification, 2016 -2020 and consecutive years of smooth through the organic certification. The organic fish produced in Bali River Lake follow the pattern of artificial release and natural growth, without feeding, using any drugs or chemical fertilizers, completely using the natural bait of the lake, and growing in the lake for more than three years before being caught and marketed.

  In recent years, Balihe fishery has been awarded awards, in 2006, balihe fishery intensive fish pond area was rated as "Anhui provincial standardized pond breeding demonstration area"; In 2008, it was rated as "Anhui Province Recreational Fishery Demonstration Base"; In 2009, the ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China named "Aquaculture Health Demonstration Site"; From 2009 to 2019, it was rated as "municipal leading Enterprise" by Fuyang City for ten consecutive years. In 2012, the ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China rated as "National Recreational Fishery Demonstration Base"; In 2020, it was rated as national organic agricultural products (aquatic products) base.

  In the future, Balihe fishery will accelerate the integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries and improve factory breeding. Relying on lake surface organic fish resources, vigorously develop deep processing industry, enrich organic fish industry chain, enhance aquatic added value, strengthen fishery brand, build domestic excellent freshwater aquatic base, develop fishery leisure industry + tourism model, and make new contributions to local rural revitalization.
