The organic fish produced in the balihe lake are fed with the natural bait of the lake without feeding in the whole process. They are caught and listed only after they have grown naturally in the lake for three years. Balihe's organic fish is natural and green, with tight and tender meat, fresh and smooth taste and excellent flavor. It has passed the certification of organic food for many years, has been highly recognized and praised by the market, and has become a beautiful business card of Yingshang County and even Fuyang City.

  In the head fish auction, six companies participated in the auction. After fierce bidding, the head fish weighing 68 kg was successfully auctioned by Guangming fishery Shanghai Pinnan nongtao Food Co., Ltd. for 1.2 million yuan, which also marks the official opening of the agricultural products exhibition and the third balihe winter fishing cultural tourism festival in Yingshang County. All the expenses from the head fish auction will be used for poverty alleviation in balihe town.

  Balihe fishery is located 4km south of Yingshang city. It is an important commercial fish and fish species production and tourism fishery base in Northwest Anhui. It has 27000 mu of water surface of the great lake and 8000 mu of intensive fish ponds. It is also the first fishing ground in Northern Anhui to obtain the organic food certification. Balihe has beautiful landscape, rich biodiversity, profound cultural precipitation and good water quality conditions. It is an important commercial fish and fish species production base in Northwest Anhui. The adjacent balihe national 5A tourist area integrates Western characteristics and beautiful natural ecology.
